Text boxes are useful when need a "fill in the blank" option that may require a lot of typing.
Here is an example:
Child's favorite activity:
To create a text Area do the following:
1. Name the text area (eg Child's Favorite Activity).
2. Select the property type Text Area.
3. Edit the default text if needed.
4. Click Add Property.
