124)Can someone call me to discuss this site?

Our phone support options are as follows:
a. The best thing to do before calling is to search our FAQ’s for an answer to your question, and to use the help buttons provided for each option. Your first 30 days includes free email technical support provided by the ‘Support’ button located in your account administration. No website work will be done by our support staff through email.
b. If you feel it necessary to speak with us by phone, you can call us Mon.-Fri. 9am-5pm mountain standard time. There is a fee for phone support. Please have a credit card and your username ready when calling. The fees for support are:
i. Unlimited email support, $100 per year. (Email support is provided through the ‘Support’ button located in your account administration and is for questions only. No website work will be done by our support staff through email.)
ii. Phone support is $25 per half hour or $50 per hour. This is talk time and time spent making changes to site.
iii. If you need to call to report a bug or problem with the website builder software, please call us with your username and inform us that you wish to report a bug. We will then need to have you provide us with as much information about how you encountered the problem, and we will look into the issue.
